Four members of our inMotionNow team headed to San Francisco just last week for HOW Design Live 2013. The conference brought together graphic designers, creative freelancers, in-house design managers and packaging designers.

Donna Farrugia taught us that creative teams need to understand the value of their work, and be able to speak to how their efforts impact their company’s revenue. Cella Consulting made the excellent point that if you’re tracking time manually then you’re spending more on labor to do that then you would on a technology solution and shared their list of creative project management tools available in the marketplace.
We were also happy to see the continued and accelerating adoption of technology solutions among creative teams. If you walked the floor of HOW Design Live, you had to notice the variety of tools available to improve creative workflow.
