If you have lots reviewers and want to make it easier for your content uploaders to find the right ones, then you need Contact Filter Groups!
With Contact Filter Groups, you can organize the reviewers that your team members select from when they’re uploading new proofs. You can create Contact Filter Groups based on role (traffic manager, product manager), based on department (legal, brand), based on geographical location (New York office, Southeast region), or any other category that makes sense for your team. Reviewers can also be assigned to multiple Contact Filter Groups.
To get started with Contact Filter Groups, log into your account and go to the Contacts tab and click the “Contact Filter Groups” link. Here you can create the groups that you’ll use.
Once your groups are created, select all of the contacts that you want to assign to one of your groups click the “Actions” dropdown, select “Assign to Contact Groups” and check the group (or groups) that you want the selected contacts assigned to. Repeat until all of your groups have been populated.
Now when your content creators are uploading a new proof for the Southeast sales team, they can filter the contacts to see just the reviewers in that group, keeping the review process fast and easy – just how we like it!
