Now there is a new way to kick off projects, with inMotion Job Launch!
The review and approval process doesn’t always start with a design – for many businesses it starts with a request for a design need. The need is recognized, the details are identified, and a request for the content to be created is submitted. The request (sometimes referred to as a creative brief or a job ticket) may be submitted as a printed form, as an email, or sometimes even as a verbal request… which means sharing, tracking, and archiving that information is a cumbersome process.
Until today! With the arrival of Job Launch, inMotionNow customers can now automate the request process. Job launch delivers simplicity and transparency to the whole team – whether they’re a sales manager who needs an easy way to request a new piece of collateral, a creative services director who needs to see the workload for their department at a glance, or a graphic artist who needs clear, complete instructions for a new design.
Job Launch will allow content creation requests to be submitted with inMotion as a job ticket, then routed and approved virtually within the application with the same ease as a content review. When new content needs to be created, the requestor completes a customized Job Launch form online. They can add supporting assets such as copy, art work, and photos. Job Launch automatically routes the virtual ticket to the appropriate team member responsible for approving or denying requests. When a request is approved, the details, including the specs and any supporting assets, are associated as a new project within the inMotion Workspace – automatically. Creative teams can then access the request, build the content and in turn route it for approval.
Customers rely on inMotion to get their content approved and to keep track of their assets that are out for review. Job Launch takes all of the things our customers love about inMotion – online access, customization, automated routing, intuitive review tools, archiving, and most of all, simplicity – and extends it into the content creation request process.
Our marketing department is excited to use this new module for our own projects. We are also opening Job Launch to a limited group to Pilot. If you’re interested in being part of our Pilot group for Job Launch, please contact your account concierge.
