Before inMotion, the creative team at the Minnesota Timberwolves had a pretty messy process for their creative workflow. “Other departments would just reach out to whichever designer they wanted to. They would email them saying ‘I need a flyer for this event’, and that email chain would go on for days, with the designer trying to figure out what they wanted.”
Things didn’t get any easier during review and approval either. “Creative was going to the sponsors for approval before marketing saw it, so when it went to marketing after the sponsors had approved it, marketing would say ‘nope, this is not approved’ which meant we had to go back to the sponsors, and it made us look like we weren’t communicating.”
With inMotion, the team is more organized, get’s more comprehensive requests from stakeholders, and morale has improved.
