Even better, the marketing director has one place where she can go and see a list of all projects and all tasks, who’s responsible for what, and which tasks are completed/pending.
Now when we sit down on Mondays for our weekly marketing department meeting, we can see all of our projects and their statuses in one screen, plus go a real-time report of individual tasks. Finally, everyone’s on the same page!
