Pamela Sarian, Director of Account Management at Boston University, says, “Workflow and structure are so closely linked to the process — it’s hard to call any one thing as the most important.” And Suellen Rizzo, the Director of Communication Operations at Schneider Electric, shares, “… in my experience if the organizational structure isn’t correct, the rest of what you do is out of balance. Processes, workflow, and relationships evolve to address the gaps or overlaps in your org rather than focus on the customer and the quality of the team’s creative output.”
