Feedback Frenzy – The Chaos of Feedback Management
Throughout the year at tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables we heard a lot from creative teams about the challenge of collecting feedback on creative work from their clients. In-house teams of all sizes have struggled to combine feedback into an understandable, single voice.
