inMomentum: The Virtual Experience will bring the best parts of the in-person event to the comfort of your home or office. Spend the week with other workflow obsessed creatives and marketers hearing from industry leaders and peers as we dig into topics around creative strategy, change control, organizational models, agility, content creation, collaboration, and KPIs. You'll have the chance to meet other inMotion users and receive a personalized, strategic review with a member of our Customer Success team to help you level up your internal processes. Roundtables are everyone's favorite part of inMomentum - the only difference this year will be your webcam requirements! Once you register for inMomentum, sign up for a roundtable using the link and come prepared for great conversation with other inMotion users. This year's topic is:

FAQs

How does the registration process work for the virtual conference?

Once you've registered using the form above, you will receive an email with a GoToWebinar link unique to you that will give you access to all sessions on both days. Upon completion of the main registration form, you can sign up for roundtables and 1:1 meetings using the links on the registration confirmation page. If you have already registered for The Virtual Experience but would like to add on interactive options later, you can find the sign up links on this page as well. Reach out to support@inmotionnow.com if you have any questions!

What if I already registered for the event before this was announced?

Your paid registration for the inMomentum 2020 conference will automatically be transferred to our 2021 event. In addition, we will pre-register you for the inMomentum: The Virtual Experience. You will still need to sign up for any roundtable discussions or inMoPro Bar Sessions. If you have any questions regarding your paid registration, please reach out to support@inmotionnow.com and our team will be happy to provide additional information.

Can I register even if I can't attend every session?

Absolutely! You will receive a unique link for you to join the conference and can access that link throughout the day. Of course, each day will be jam-packed with amazing content, so we encourage everyone to try to attend as much as possible!

Is there any cost or requirements to attend?

There is no cost to attend The Virtual Experience! We only ask that you have a working microphone and webcam if you choose to also participate in the roundtable or 1:1 discussions. 

I want my whole team to attend! Can I just share my link with them?

Since each person will be sent a unique join link, they will need to be individually registered. You can, however, sign up your team members by filling out the form multiple times with each of their email addresses.

I can't find my join link. What should I do?

You should receive emails with your link from GoToWebinar. The sender address will be customercare@gotowebinar.com. Be sure to check your email's spam folder. If you're still having trouble, reach out to support@inmotionnow.com.

Will the recordings be sent out afterwards?

Yes - We will compile the recordings for your viewing pleasure! We do encourage you to attend the live event as well since we'll offer interactive Q&A and polls throughout the conference.

Do you have any information about inMomentum 2021 at this time?

We plan to host inMomentum in Raleigh around the same time next year (likely late May or early June). We will send out an update to all customers once the details are finalized.
