Project Organizer is a new module within the inMotion approval workflow application and gives users the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, resources, and content. Once Project Organizer is enabled, project leaders can assign tasks and deadlines to group members. Team members are then able to view the status of the project or individual items and to share comments within a dedicated workspace. Templates can be created for recurring projects to make future projects even faster to set up and organize. Additionally, content requiring review can be associated with the project and easily accessed from the inMotion dashboard.
