The Admin Workspace clearly displays your projects and their status, at-a-glance. It provides you with the ability to search, sort, print reports...everything you need to keep control over where your projects are in the process and who has them.

The Reviewer Interface allows reviewers to easily markup, comment on and submit approvals. It features intuitive markup tools that allow reviewers to markup full-motion content right in their web browser.

Is it easy to get started?
Yes. As a web-based, software-as-a-service you will be up and running in minutes. No training is needed and there will be no burden on your IT department. All you and your clients need is a Mac or PC with Internet access and a recent web browser. There is no need to download or install anything new to use inMotion. It's easy, even for the most novice Internet user.

Are my files secure?
File security practices are in place to assure only authorized access is granted to all files on the system. Each file posted is login-protected. Clients can only see projects for which they have been provided the login information.

Data transfers in a secure certificate, encrypted environment.

By using inMotion, you are securing your proprietary information by streaming content to your clients. You'll no longer have to send out your proprietary files that can be accessed by anyone.

What are the system requirements?
All you and your clients need is a Mac or PC with Internet access and a recent web browser. Your experience will be enhanced by using a current browser version. inMotion will work with Firefox, I.E., Safari, Netscape, and AOL.

What types of files can I upload?

Workflow / Process Questions

Will it work with my existing job tracking, traffic and billing systems?
Yes. Build on the benefits of your existing systems by applying the same tracking numbers they generate to the content you upload to inMotion. Your workflow will be smoother, and you'll be able to track jobs from start to finish.

Our internal process requires that we release projects to a set of multiple approvers - will we need to send the job to each, individually?
If you frequently release content to the set of multiple reviewers, our review teams feature will allow you to do just that, with only one send. In addition, you can even create sequential review teams that allow you to specify the order in which the reviewers receive and review the content.

Is there a way to integrate inMotion with our internal job order, numbering or identification systems?
Yes. The Project ID field allows you to input internal job order numbers or customer numbers so that you may keep track of projects in the workspace and are able to associate them to your existing numbering systems. For your convenience, you may even search and sort projects in your Admin Workspace by the Project ID.

Our legal department requires that we provide a disclaimer on the content we send for review. Can we do this in conjunction with inMotion?
Yes. When you send content to a client for review, they are alerted via an email notification message. This message includes a customizable disclaimer. As well, the disclaimer appears and the client is required to accept it at the point when they sign-off and submit their approval. The "My Account" area in the workspace allows you to customize your disclaimer messaging in accordance with business and legal needs.

Yes. All plans include an unlimited number of users ­ both on your end (Admin) as well as reviewers. Have as many users as you like without worrying about incurring additional charges.
